We accept consumers to apply for return or exchange within 14 days (14 days or less) after receiving your package.
Ship items back within : 10 days of delivery.
Please keep the item and package in original condition before you ship it back.
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order. The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Custom or personalized orders.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
